How can I pay?

Making a payment safely and quickly with Multisafepay.
styleitaly.eu uses Multisafepay, an umbrella payment system for iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, Bancontact/Mister Cash and GiroPay. With multisafepay you can safely and quickly make a payment in your own language. 

styleitaly.eu offers a wide range of payment options to increase the ease of use of the webshop. At styleitaly.eu you can pay with the following payment methods during the ordering process of our webshop.

• iDEAL
  Prepayments via your own bank with iDeal. With iDEAL you can safely and easily pay for your online purchases in a familiar environment, using the specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker, you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register. iDEAL only works for customers with a Dutch bank account.
  
  
• MasterCard or VISA
  If you choose to pay by credit card, you must enter your credit card number, expiration date and the CVC code (on the back of the card) during the ordering process. Make sure that you use the exact name as it appears on the card (name of the cardholder). Your payment is then authorized online, so you know immediately whether or not it is approved. If you choose this payment method, we can process your order immediately after payment.
  
  
• Bancontact / Mister Cash
  styleitaly.nl supports Bancontact / Mister cash. The online payment method for our customers from Belgium who are affiliated with one of the following banks: Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank or VDK Spaarbank.
  
  
• Giropay
  Giropay is also possible for our German customers. Giropay shows many similarities with the Dutch iDeal and is possible at most German banks including Sparkasse and Postbank.
  
  
• Klarna / Payment after receipt
  Klarna is our external partner for the payment option 'Pay afterwards'. This option is only available for Dutch and German customers, unfortunately they do not offer Belgium. In order to make use of payment afterwards, you need to choose the payment option 'Klarna Subsequent Payment'.
   
  If you choose this payment option, a € 3.99 administration fee will be charged. If you choose a payment method from Klarna, you will always receive the product at home first and you have 14 days to pay. The invoice is sent by post or e-mail. The payment must be made within 14 days to Klarna, as indicated on the invoice. Your order may have a maximum value of € 300, -.
  By choosing this payment method, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of Klarna.

Please note: fill in your details truthfully and as completely as possible. A credit check will take place based on your details. This check checks whether you are eligible to pay with Klarna. If you don't succeed the first time, don't worry - this can also be due to a typing error. Please check your details and feel free to try again. If you are unexpectedly refused by Klarna, we offer you an alternative payment method.

• MultiFactor / Pay after Receipt
  Pay after Receipt: First the product at home - only then pay
   
  Receiving the product at home first and paying afterwards may seem self-evident. But strangely enough, there are not many payment methods within the e-commece where this is possible. MultiFactor/Multisafpay has solved this problem. If you choose to shop with us, you always get the product first at home and only then do you have to pay. This way you can always be sure that you are paying for what you actually ordered.

What is MultiFactor?

MultiFactor is specialized in the subsequent payment process of the Payment after Receipt of MultiSafepay service. Through MultiSafepay we offer webshops the possibility to offer their customers a retrospective payment method in addition to the existing payment options. According to Dutch law and regulations, online retailers are obliged to offer a retrospective payment method to consumers.

With MultiFactor/Multisafpay you never have to pay for something you haven't received yet. If you pay with your credit card or e-wallet, this is different. For example, it is useful if you are not sure about your purchase and are thinking about returning the product.

When you shop with MultiFactor/Multisafpay, you always have 100% certainty. Besides the fact that you never have to pass on sensitive information, you know that you always shop at a safe store when you choose Klarna. The stores that offer MultiFactor/Multisafpay must have ethical rules and comply with our requirements, so that you can always shop safely and easily.

When making the purchase, MultiFactor/Multisafpay has carried out a so-called microcredit assessment in which we collect enough information to be able to decide whether they want to approve or reject the purchase. You will receive an answer within a few seconds whether the purchase has been approved or not. You can contact MultiFactor/Multisafpay Customer Service if you want to know why your purchase has been rejected.

Conditions MultiFactor/Payment after Receipt:

If you pay with MultiFactor/Multisafpay Invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to fill in your bank account or credit card details and always pay after the purchases have been delivered.

• You only pay after you have received your purchase.
• Payment period - always 14 days
• You never have to enter your bank account or credit card details.
• Always a minimum of 7 working days for reflection in accordance with the Distance Purchasing Act and the reporting legislation.
  
  The webshop styleitaly.eu charges you €3.99 for the use of this service, this is mentioned in the digital invoice under Fee. The fee is therefore charged if you return the order and cancel. 

Subsequent Payment (First order max € 150;)

The maximum purchase amount is €300,- incl. VAT. It is possible that the amount for your first order is too high. For safety reasons, MultiFactor sets a maximum amount for a first order, for example €150,-. You can choose to order a lower amount, or to pay with another payment method, such as iDEAL.

At the time of purchase, your personal data will be checked. Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp).

If you have placed your order with the option "Pay after receipt" you will receive an email from the company Multifactor within a few days. This is the party that will settle the purchase with you. You do not have to pay directly to styleitaly.eu but to Multifactor.

You will receive an email with a payment link with which you can pay the digital invoice within 14 days.   For the use of Payment after Receipt and thus Multifactor, other general conditions apply than the general conditions of styleitaly.eu.
